The impact of new communication technologies on role and function in traditional education support services
AbstractFocusing on the function and role of educational support services in the light of continuing technological development, this paper discusses the changing relationships between managerial and task performance levels in tertiary educational organisations. Specific reference is made to the impact of computer technologies and the demands of the user.
