Training needs assessment (and application) in an accounting firm
AbstractThis paper outlines the implementation of a major project on assessing training needs in an Accounting firm (Touche Ross & Co). It discusses the various stages of the project including methodology selection, data collection, data analysis, reporting of results, application of results to course design and project evaluation. This project was carried out over a two year period (1987-1989).
