Training needs assessment (and application) in an accounting firm

This paper outlines the implementation of a major project on assessing training needs in an Accounting firm (Touche Ross & Co). It discusses the various stages of the project including methodology selection, data collection, data analysis, reporting of results, application of results to course design and project evaluation.
