Education, media and the locus of control

I would like to present some thoughts based largely on my experiences as a long term student and a minor technocrat. I would like to discuss the nature of who controls what, in the presentation and by implication the content of what is learned, and how this will effect the nature and content of learning, given the increase in technological activity in this field.Downloads
